This ensures full compliance with UK regulations without you needing to be here in person.

We provide a transparent fee structure with no hidden costs:

  • Acquisition Fee: 2% of the property price, payable only upon successful completion .

  • Management Fee: 15% annual fee for full letting and comprehensive property management .

Your investment is fully hands-off. Once the legal completion is finished, we handle everything. This includes finding qualified tenants, collecting rent, and providing full property management on your behalf, so you can earn passive income from abroad .
